A central structural column and the absence of a dedicated pantry presented both spatial and functional challenges. The client also desired a kitchen that could balance everyday cooking with relaxed entertaining.
The column was intentionally integrated into the island and clad in wood, transforming a constraint into a defining feature. The kitchen was zoned for preparation, cooking, clean-up, pantry storage, and entertaining, allowing for intuitive flow throughout the space.
Ventilated pantry cabinetry was designed to accommodate local food storage, while a concealed appliance garage keeps everyday essentials accessible yet out of sight. An illuminated entertainment cabinet houses a wine chiller and glass storage, supporting effortless hosting.
A full marble slab backsplash completes the space, delivering a seamless, refined finish. A kitchen designed for clarity, comfort, and quiet luxury.
